At Acacia Lodge, your pet’s health and safety are always our top priority. We take every reasonable step to maintain a clean, well-managed environment and to reduce the risk of illness or injury as much as possible. However, just as with children at daycare, accidents or unexpected illness can still occur despite the best care.

If your pet requires veterinary attention during their stay, we work closely with Macquarie Veterinary Clinic in Windsor, who provide trusted, professional care when needed. Any veterinary treatment required will be arranged promptly, and all veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the pet owner.

We will always make every effort to contact you as soon as possible if your pet needs medical attention.
